EHOA Promise
In partnership with the Event Horse Owners Association we are pleased to offer an exclusive EHOA Promise, to owners of competing horses.
The benefits of a bespoke saddle for your horse are numerous as I am sure you are aware – and it is just as important that the saddle fits both the horse and rider equally as well. While in many circumstances owners’ horses are ridden in the rider’s saddles – bespoke for them, not the horse – not a problem – unless the horse moves into the non-shareable shape. When this is affecting the horse's competitiveness and/or development it becomes a problem.
The EHOA Promise is to give you the confidence that if you buy a bespoke saddle for your horse and rider, if for whatever reason, you change the rider, and the saddle is not a suitable fit for the next rider we will swap for a new saddle as part of the EHOA Promise.
We will part exchange for a new one for 25% of the cost of the new saddle.
This replacement saddle will be a standard model and not include any saddle extras even if they were on the original saddle. This option can be taken as often as required but is not instead of a refit for the horse.
Refits and consultations are excluded from this promise. Owners should explore our Young Horse Promise for those under 6-years.

Number of saddles exchanged is limitless and only applies to saddles purchased new from 1/1/24
The EHOA Promise cannot be combined with our Young Horse Promise or Junior Promise.
