Back To Work & A New Face

Good News - We're Coming Back To Work!

The workshop in France have made plans, and put systems into place, to allow their team to return to work from 11th May 2020. They will have less people in at a time and it will take slightly longer than usual to make or alter saddles but they will be back up and running. 

This means that we can start to come out to check saddles again and plan to do this with immediate effect. Strict 2m distancing will be adhered to and we will be using PPE to help keep our team and customers safe. We will have two specialists on the road to start with – Helen covering the North and Scotland, Tricia the South and Ireland. We may not get to you as quickly as we used to and will have to make more of an effort to group customers onto the same day. Staying away overnight will be difficult too but hopefully as things start to open up more we can start to travel further afield.

The usual call out fee of £80 will apply unless it’s your free saddle check included with a new saddle or alteration. Payment will be required on the day and we will prefer card payments or bank transfer to reduce the need for cash or cheque.

Welcoming Georgina Beesley

Following a bit of a reshuffle Georgina will be taking over clients in the East of England.  This is to support Tricia who will continue to look after our growing client base in the South and Ireland.

Georgina has a wealth of experience and following her pre-corona training is now ready to fly the orange flag.  She will be in touch with all of our existing clients in that area and will be offering a complimentary saddle check for her first visit, by way of an introduction.

Workshop Timelines

We are hoping that existing saddles in the build queue will be delivered by June – and a visit from us with them!! We will endeavour to keep everyone updated with their saddle's progress and we thank everyone for their patience during this challenging time.

We have a number of saddles in the workshop queue which we are already starting to receive.  Likewise we are now able send saddles to the workshop that have been waiting to go so we will ensure they on their way to France ASAP.

Please continue to take care, stay safe and stay home. We truly believe the better we behave the quicker we will get back to the new normal.

We are really excited to get out there again – for those of you that compete lets hope that starts happening again soon too.
